Codes are digital goods and are non-refundable after purchase; they also cannot be changed or swapped. If you have trouble redeeming or using your code, contact us within 14 days and we'll do our best to help.

Monthly NT$620 gives you 30 days — great for trying it out. Yearly NT$2,980 (original NT$7,440) gives you 365 days, saving NT$4,460 — the best value for long-term use.

We sell prepaid codes — pay once, no card on file. Your access (30 days monthly / 365 days yearly) simply ends at expiry with no automatic charge; just buy a new code when you need it.

How do I redeem my code?›
Go to app.lingokids.com/en/code/gift/redeem, enter your code and email, accept the terms, then log in to the app with the same email.
How do I log in after redeeming?›
Download the Lingokids app, tap “I have an account”, and log in with the email you used to redeem (via email verification or by setting a password).
Can my child use it offline?›
Yes. Download activities while online, then play them anytime from “My Downloads” — great for commutes and travel.
Can I set a screen-time limit?›
